Imanu Return & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@imanu.co with your order details. We will provide instructions and a return address. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@imanu.co immediately. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at hello@imanu.co.
